• Cleanse your skin using oatmeal-honey scrub.
• Take one teaspoon of boiled oats along with half teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of milk. Mix all these ingredients and apply this on your face and neck and leave it for about 10 minutes. Then take cotton and wipe the face with rose water. Then gently massage your face and neck. Wash your face with plain water. Pat it dry with a soft towel. At last apply a light moisturizer on your face and neck. You can apply this face scrub everyday.
• Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday.
• Sleep for at least 8 hours every day.
• Apply aloe Vera based moisturizer and gently massage your face and neck, using upward movements of your fingers.
• Always apply a sunscreen lotion or gel or cream when going out in sun. Use only SPF 15 Sunscreen lotion or SPF 30.
• Eat lots of fresh fruits, salads, toned milk and green leafy vegetables. Avoid oily and fried foods. Try to avoid colas, French fries, wafers-junk food in short.
• Use a natural face pack once in every 7 days
• If you don’t have time for gym or swimming pool, try walking for at least 30 minutes everyday.
• Learn to relax. Practice meditation or yoga.
• Pat your face and neck dry with a soft towel.
• You can buy an apricot scrub and use it on alternate days.
• You can also apply a Carrot Mask to give that glow to your face. Take a carrot, grate and mix it well with one spoon of water. Apply this on your face and take rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes wash your face and see the difference. Apply this carrot mask everyday. You will see the difference in a few days.
• Take one grated tomato, one tea spoon of sandalwood powder and half spoon of china clay. Mix all these ingredients in rose water and apply this on your face, leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, wash your face. You will get a glowing skin.
Natural face pack tip for normal skin- Make a paste of wheat flour and milk. Apply this pack on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. Then remove the wheat paste. This will soften your skin.
